Prodimex sugar wins the “100 Best Products of Russia” competition

For the twenty-ninth time, enterprises of the Penza region are taking part in the “100 Best Products of Russia” competition. This year the Zemetchinsky sugar plant, part of Prodimex Group and one of the oldest in Russia’s sugar industry, took part.
White sugar, beet molasses and granulated beet pulp were submitted to the competition.
The sugar produced at the Zemetchinsky sugar plant became a laureate of the regional competition and, according to the rules, will represent the Penza region at the federal level.
The beet molasses and granulated pulp were marked with competition diplomas.
The plant was represented at the awards ceremony by product quality engineer Larisa Avdeeva and process engineer of the product quality department Galina Guskova.
The Zemetchinsky sugar plant is the largest production site in the district of the same name — a modern high-tech enterprise implementing large-scale projects. The plant, which has been part of Prodimex Group since 1998, has never stopped in its long history. In 2024 the enterprise turned 175 years old.
We congratulate the team of the enterprise on a well-deserved award!
