Prodimex is the first agricultural holding to start industrially growing winter rapeseed in Bashkortostan

One of Prodimex Group farms, NPO Meleuz in Bashkortostan uses modern approaches in agribusiness combining science and practice. The company applies scientific achievements and advanced technologies, including digital, and innovative chemicals in crop production.
Last year, the farm conducted an experiment and sowed winter rapeseed on 600 hectares area. In the Republic of Bashkortostan the technology of growing this crop had been never used before, and NPO Meleuz became the first who decided to grow winter rapeseed on an industrial scale.
There is still much to be done to achieve high yields of rapeseed, but this experiment has demonstrated that thanks to the application of best agronomic practices and the use of modern agricultural technologies, the objectives that were previously considered impossible become a reality.
