Prodimex congratulated students on receiving their diplomas

Prodimex has been cooperating productively with Kursk State Agrarian University named after I.I. Ivanov for several years now. Back in 2023, an agreement was signed between Kursk State Agrarian University and Prodimex Group on joint work to address one of the industry’s important tasks — training young personnel for the agro-industrial complex.
Prodimex Group and the region’s leading agricultural university developed a program for training highly qualified personnel for the agro-industrial complex by integrating agribusiness enterprises into the educational process. As a result, a substantial part of the curriculum has been moved from the university to Prodimex farms, and enterprise specialists are actively involved in the teaching process.
At the Group’s enterprises in the region, students complete work placements and, while still studying, learn the basics of their future professions and have the chance to apply their knowledge.
A graduation of students from various faculties was held recently. Bachelor’s and master’s degree holders received their higher education documents; they will go on to develop the engineering side of the agro-industrial complex, introduce modern technologies and strengthen the country’s technological sovereignty.
At the Faculty of Engineering, one of the guests of honor at the event was Deputy CEO of Prodimex Group Vyacheslav Rodin. On that day graduates were presented with bachelor’s and master’s diplomas as well as documents on advanced training and professional retraining, which open additional opportunities for professional growth.
At the Faculty of Secondary Vocational Education, 434 students received diplomas of secondary vocational education, 98 of them with honors. The graduates mastered specializations that are in demand on the regional labor market. At the ceremonial presentation of diplomas, Maria Kartamysheva, head of the quality service of KurskAgro, part of Prodimex Group, congratulated the students, stressed the importance of the education they had received and expressed confidence that they will become good specialists in the industry.
