The first meeting of the Public Council under the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia in its updated composition was held at the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation. The new composition of the council includes representatives of public associations, non-profit organizations, and also industry experts and trade union activists. Andrey Bodin was re-elected chairman. At the first meeting, a Code of Ethics for council members was approved.
Prodimex Group is represented on the council by Deputy CEO Vadim Eryzhensky.
For the last four years, the Public Council under the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia has been among the leaders of the ranking of public councils under federal executive bodies. The updated composition will continue its work in the areas key to the industry. The priority issues are scientific development, agrarian education, staffing and improving the efficiency of the agro-industrial complex.
