With the help of Roman Gubkin, the Deputy Director for raw materials of the Pereleshinsky Sugar Plant numerous viewers have learnt that sugar beet is a very capricious crop and needs a lot of attention if the producer wants to make high-quality product. And process engineer Elena Sergutkina explains that sugar of the extra fine category is ideal for making snow-white cream or frosting and more affordable sugar of the TC2 category is absolutely suitable for cooking and baking.
