Award for the Prodimex team at the sowing opening in the Kursk region

Prodimex Group confirms its position every year as a leader of the sugar beet industry and Russia’s largest producer of crop products. All this is possible only thanks to the effective work of the teams working at the Group’s agricultural enterprises and plants. Once again the Prodimex team working in the Kursk region has proved its high level of professionalism.
At the official opening of the 2026 spring sowing campaign, Kursk Region Governor Alexander Khinshtein presented regional awards to distinguished workers of the Kursk region’s agro-industrial complex.
Among those honored was Igor Ovcharov, General Director of Kursk-Agro, part of Prodimex Group. He has worked in the agricultural sector for 30 years, rising from head of a raw-materials section to head of a large agricultural enterprise.
This award is also a recognition of the contribution of the entire Kursk-Agro team to achieving high production results, to the social and economic development of the Kursk region and to ensuring the country’s food security.
